2000: I designed and developed my first website to promote the studio where I worked as a sound engineer. I built the site using Microsoft's Front page, however soon after I found my self a copy of Dreamweaver and started hand coding html and css. I improved my web development skills and 6 months later, through a friend, was offered a 3 month contract with Pauffley Creative Communications working on BP's corporate website.
2002: My next key phase was a 9 month contract with lastminute.com as a web developer. Working closely with the designer I was able to improve my design translation skills using Photoshop and Fireworks. Over the last 8 years I have worked on many big name sites including Honda, RBS and AOL many have included design translation as a daily task.
1993: Joined a sound recoding studio as a trainee sound engineer where I assisted in recording sessions (not only as tea boy sometimes I was the microphone stand operator as well). Eventually, after many hours in the studio I was able to take session of my own and soon built my own client base. I regularly jam out with other musicians that I have kept in contact with from my sound recoding days.
